One more trick is up Nike’s sleeve. The new Nike Air Force 1 is inspired by the so-called and old-school freephone coding. Its premium leather upper features in block and tonal letterings words such as “TOLL FREE!”, “CALL NOW” and “TODAY”, yet keeping its original aesthetic. The “Vast Grey” swoosh and heel delivers an intriguing, however precise overall contrast. Moreover, “1-800” can be found at the tongue-tags and heel-tabs. For once, its lace dubraes have been replaced with matching and silvery landline phone dials.
