The Air Max Waffle combines two of Nike's most revolutionary sneakers into a bold new design with traditional roots. It takes the unmistakable midsole and Tuned Air Experience of the Air Max Plus and combines it with the lightweight upper and waffle outsole of the famous Waffle trainer from the 70s, when running was booming and Nike was gaining a foothold as a company.
